We are four founding partners and several workers dedicated body and soul to Cadnor. As far as the staff is concerned, our goal is to grow gradually, both in terms of knowledge and personal growth. We want Cadnor to become a great company, but always from ethical and moral values, from work and respect among all. We are highly-skilled Technicians, physical engineers, mechanics and business managers, each of us playing a vital role at Cadnor.
During the 25 years of experience in the field of engineering, we have had to train in many areas of the company, understand each other and create closer links between all of us. We are all heading in the same direction and the capabilities that each of us offer, together with our desire for the project to be fruitful for everyone, gives us a lot of flexibility when it comes to assigning tasks and aligning ourselves with our plans and objectives. We are not only workers, we are colleagues, friends, brothers.

The high qualification and extensive experience of our technical team is allowing us to offer services in all phases of the projects with a high degree of satisfaction on the part of our clients. Our involvement does not end with the delivery of the projects. We offer direct assistance to the factory, trying to resolve any doubts that may arise on site, administrative assistance with the technical documentation addressed to the end customer or for its internal control, in order to reduce the procedures and costs thereof.
Among our technical team we highlight licensed personnel such as electronic engineers, physical engineers with advanced knowledge in design processes for a range of dies, CAD design programs, programming, customer regulations (VW, PSA, Audi, Peugeot…)
